Alliance Medical takes a leap into the future with the Biograph Trinion PET-CT
We are excited to announce that Alliance Medical has signed a contract with Siemens Healthineers for the purchase of the Biograph Trinion PET-CT, making us the first provider in Europe to do so. By the end of this year, this advanced PET-CT will be operational, one of the first in the world.
The demand for PET-CT scans continues to rise and is expected to grow further in the coming years. Not all hospitals have a PET-CT and often need to refer their patients to other hospitals. Alliance Medical recognizes this trend and offers hospitals and patients a complete diagnostic solution with PET-CT. In addition, together with our sister organization, Alliance Medical Radiopharmacy, we provide the medical isotopes needed for PET-CT, delivering a comprehensive service.
Taking a leap into the future, we are the first in Europe to acquire the Biograph Trinion, the new generation of PET-CT from Siemens Healthineers. Annually, we perform over 125,000 PET-CT scans using mobile, modular, and in-house constructions. In the Netherlands, we will establish our first PET-CT Centre, which will open by the end of this year.
